Little Miss Ziva the Diva is an energetic, petite female weimaraner who just celebrated her first birthday on March 13th! She is a traditional Velcro weim who always needs to be touching her favorite person. Ziva is a bit shy at first when meeting new dog friends and will run away from more outgoing dogs until she gets to know them, but loves to play once she feels comfortable. She would do best in a home with an active family who can take her for daily walks, runs, or hikes and a fenced in yard where she can run and stretch her little legs. Since she is still a puppy, she is a bit mouthy and jumpy when playing so would be best in a home with older children. She has always had another dog sibling to keep her company at home when her humans are away so we are unsure how she would do by herself but can be left with another dog for 4-5 hours at a time. She is housebroken but needs to work on anxiety when being left in her crate, as well as basic manners such as stay and walking on a leash. Although she is little, she is a power chewer and will bite off and swallow pieces of soft toys and blankets so she should only be given harder toys such as kongs, antlers, and nylabones. She is very playful but also loves to cuddle on the couch in your lap and snuggle next to you in your bed at night. Ziva is very sweet and affectionate and would love to become a member of your family!
