Hi there! My name is Ray and my foster mom calls me her Ray of Sunshine because I am always smiling! I love hanging out with my family including my foster Weims! I can be active cause I love walks, but I also love napping on comfy couches or cool, hardwood floors. Before I came to GLWR, I lived in a home with younger children, but I would do best with older kids especially due to my large size. I kinda have that "bull in a china shop" presence. I have been gradually shedding pounds at a nice pace in my foster home so that my foster mom says my frame now has the "definition" of a Weim, whatever that means! Having a fitness program of daily walks and or runs would be essential to keep me in tip-top shape and looking good for the ladies! I do have a skin condition called alopecia but with my new food, you can hardly tell anymore! My hobbies are bug hunting, butt sniffing (dog and human), shoe chewing, feet licking, and ice cube crunching. I know some basic commands such as "sit" and "come". While I do love my walks, I do need to work on my leash manners because I move on down the road like a freight train. Whereas some Weims like to curl up on the couch or bed, it is my style to stretch out and take up as much space as possible. If you are looking for a snuggle buddy to keep you warm, I am your guy!
