Howdy - My name is Otis and I'm a 2 year old blue boy that weighs in at about 80lbs. I am one of the Michigan Seizure Case dogs being fostered by a lovely family in Farmington Hills MI. I've come so far in a few short months - I'm still working on becoming fully potty & crate trained. I have recently learned some commands like sit, stay/wait, and come. I love doing exactly what they ask of me because I get tasty bits of old cheddar cheese every time! I am really smart and learn new things quickly and I've almost got my foster humans figured out. I have a foster sister and we get along great and love to play and snuggle by a cozy fire. I'm a pretty chill Weim and would do well in a home with another dog, or on my own.

I sometimes get startled by noises and people. I think it's just because it's so much quieter here - compared to where I used to live. I'm settling in quite nicely.

I’m a goofy bundle of enthusiasm, so I need to join a family with adults or older children. I look kinda clumsy when I’m playing and running but in a cute way. My foster family calls me ‘big lug’ because I am such a softie with this large body.

If you adopt me - I can help keep our house nice and tidy! This is because you'll have to make sure all socks, hats and mitts are tucked away as I love to chew on things that are left out.

If you don’t have a fenced in yard -I'll always have to be on a lead because I get excited and like to run. I will need an owner who understands that at one time in my life I didn’t have everything I needed. With a little trust I will be a fantastic and loving companion. I'd be best in a home without children. Thanks for reading all about me. I really look forward to meeting you and will be sure to wear my Buffalo Plaid handkerchief so I look very handsome.
