Mona is a beautiful silver girl, and her fur is seriously like velvet! She also has a little extra sparkly silver crown that caps the top of her head, truly a princess. Everyone comments on how beautiful and sweet she is. Mona is healthy and in great shape.
Mona and her bonded brother Oscar came from a one family home situation, and their human mom sadly passed away. They have been clearly well loved and cared for, and are ready for a new loving family together. They are used to having someone at home most of the time, and would thrive well in a similar environment. She gets along well with other dogs in her foster home. She is unknown with cats, or a home with small children.
Mona has a definite (and sometimes quirky) sense of humor and tries to talk with a big paw on the knee or arm, or her piercing eyes. She’s shy but feisty and fun! Mona is slow to warm up to new people, but once she has bonded, she is the biggest cuddle bug, and maybe a little oblivious to personal space! She still loves to play with toys from time to time, and likes to fetch a tennis ball. She walks well on a leash, and is friendly to select dogs and people in the neighborhood. She is shy at first, but as she gets to know the neighborhood, she is getting more friendly and relaxed. This girl is such a special sweetie, you will fall in love!
