I Love Lucy!
Lucy is a beautiful 2 year old silver girl. She is super affectionate- She loves to give hugs by actually wrapping her front legs around her foster Mom Dawn's neck! No kidding! Lucy is silly and loves to play and be the center of attention - Very much like Lucille Ball was! She has a lot of energy and would be a great running and walking partner. Lucy loves to go for walks, and does well on a gentle leader. Lucy does great left alone in the home and can free-roam; but does better in a kennel at night. She gets a little anxious in the evening, and feels secure in her kennel at bedtime - we call it her castle. We are trying some low dose anxiety meds to help her adjust with the nighttime anxiety. Lucy does well socializing with adults and kids on our walks, and most other dogs. Lucy would be best in a home without other dogs (or cats) and children. Lucy is currently calling Grand Rapids, Michigan home and is looking for her next best friend - Are you Lucy's Ethel or Desi? We think she'd be best in a home without other dogs or cats in home.
