Hi, my name is Hunter and I’m a 5 year old male weim! I came into the rescue because my owner couldn’t care for me any longer. I used to be a beefy guy but I’ve been working on losing some of that weight and am looking quite svelte now. I feel so much more energetic and more my age as a result of trimming down. I love to explore my backyard and my foster parents love to take me on cool walks to explore the different parks and trails in Cincinnati. In addition to exploring, I love to be close to my favorite humans. Mommy calls me her sous chef because I’m always beside her whenever she cooks. I currently live with a chihuahua and a cat (the cat is my very best friend-he may not have chosen that, but I’ve worn him down!) I love to play but sometimes I get too excited so I have to be told when to calm down-I just want to be friends with everyone! I would love a home without small children. I don’t need a crate and do well with being home alone for extended periods of time.
